Find an Accountability Partner

Find an accountability partner once you have your goals and objectives defined.  

This is someone who will hold you accountable, keep you motivated, and provide guidance, advice, and help.  

After you have found an accountability partner you will share the steps you have identified in your career transition. With this partner you will go over your weekly schedule, discuss any professionals or people you have met with and have them look over your resumes, cover letters, etc. Having another set of eyes and insights is always valuable!!
