Time: ½ hour to 1 hour
Mental Fitness & EQ play an important role in your ability to transition quickly and effectively. The development of emotional intelligence is crucial to your success throughout your life and your career.
As we heard in Jason Bridges’ TED Talk the great news is that EQ skills can be learned and continually improved. Take one of the EQ assessments below so you can learn about your strengths and areas to improve upon. Remember, you will continue to do this over your lifetime. Here are a few options choose one and get started. Then take the results from the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment and the Job Search Self-Efficacy (JSSE) intake and list your strengths and areas you need to continue to develop and improve upon. You will then be able to choose exercises that will help you build your skills in these areas.
