This series consists of 10 lessons that include exercises and “assignments” to help you  gain the skills and confidence you will need to succeed in elevating your confidence and sense of belonging here at San Jose State University, and through out your career and life.   The course is planned for  12 weeks of the semester  with one lesson expected per week. Each lesson includes a video which range from 7:00-11:00 minutes, in total, 92 minutes of video.

Throughout the course, there are lessons and activities which  can  take 15-25 hours over the course of the semester.  Extra Credit for this course requires completing a minimum of 4 lesson videos and one assignment from each.  We suggest completing all of the recommended exercises to get the most out of this PRISM course.
