We suggest that you revisit the list you created from the lesson on The Importance of Networking in Career Transition. You have already created a list of organizations you are interested in, companies and positions you are interested in and some of the people who are connected to these groups. Now it is time to start building or strengthening your relationship with these people. Remember, if you find that you have no relationship with an organization, at a company or industry, you should see if there is anyone in your network who may have a connection. This is where LinkedIn becomes a valuable tool in this process.
